Step 2 – Schedule your first visit
When you will the form out you will be sent a link to schedule your first class. We can also contact you if you do not see a time that works for you.

Step 3 – Your First Class
- When you come see us, please arrive about 15 minutes early. You will be with us for about an hour. Wear some loose-fitting clothing.
Please take the time to tell us a little about yourself.
We will give you a call or email back as soon as possible to answer your questions and get you scheduled for a first lesson and free trial if you have not already used our online scheduler.
