Our Core Program is a comprehensive, six-month rotating curriculum designed to give students a solid, practical foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This program is the next step after completing our BJJ 101 intro course—or for anyone ready to develop deeper positional understanding, technical sharpness, and long-term training habits.
Each month, classes focus on a specific position or theme—such as the mount, back control, guard, or half guard—allowing students to build depth and confidence over time. By the end of the six-month cycle, you’ll have developed a well-rounded skillset that includes:
-
Positional control and escapes
-
Safe and effective transitions between positions
-
Foundational submissions and low-impact takedowns
-
Core self-defense principles
-
Technical vocabulary, etiquette, and training culture
