Head instructors from Workshop NYC, Workshop Honolulu, Workshop PDX , and their teams coming together for four days of comprehensive instruction and training, and hanging out.
Friends from other teams are welcome to come train with us.

Beginning Saturday April 7th, we are proud to offer our Jiu Jitsu fundamentals as a women’s only class. This class will meet three times a week on a two month rotating curriculum.
Get in shape, learn practical self defense, and lay the groundwork for what will hopefully become a lifelong practice.
